We are thankful that September is here and are looking forward to some cooler termperatures! This week it's supposed to actually RAIN on Thursday, if you can believe that.
It's still supposed to be warm, but I can't resist doing one of my favorite crock pot soups in honor of fall - Chicken Tortilla Soup. I'll cook up enough for everyone, so sign up to bring one of the following to go with it, if you're able to come!
-Shredded cheddar cheese (lots - we can top the soup with it or make quesadillas)
-Tortilla chips, avocado
-a salad
-another side dish or dessert

We have puppy class until 6:45, so we wouldn't be able to get there until after 7. So, we'll have to wait till next week. Have fun!

ReplyDeleteI'm coming home tomorrow! But after another 4 days in the hospital I think we're going to stay home and enjoy just the 3 of us. Probably be there next week. And if anyone can help on Saturday Sept 16 we're having a work party to finish the half done yard projects
ReplyDeleteI am already committed to helping my best friend and her mom cook and can about 200 lbs of tomatoes on 9/16. Stephen's sister is also moving out in Mac. So, unfortunately we won't be able to pitch in. :(
